Ilan has a long-standing love for rally racing, a dynamic form of motorsport that takes place on public or private roads, pitting drivers against the clock. Rallying requires both a driver and a co-pilot because one person must focus on driving while the other acts as a navigator, providing crucial information about the road ahead.

Ilan sees his role as an expert real estate navigator, providing each client with detailed market data and a strategic game plan to make informed decisions in the process of buying or selling a home.

Outside of real estate ilan refers to himself as an “old dad.” At the age of 48, he loves spending time with his wife and two little girls. Margaux is three and a half, and Simone just turned one. They have two rescue rottweilers and live in a classic Dutch Colonial home in the heart of downtown Littleton.

With what little free time is left over after work and parenting ilan enjoys pottery, gardening, golf, cycling, and training in the martial arts.

He achieved a black belt in full-contact Karate at the ripe age of 41. Ilan graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in marketing, and he has been a licensed Colorado real estate agent since 2007. In 2019, he took a detour from real estate to pursue a passion for collector cars. He obtained an auto dealer license and created Cult Cars – a hobby business dedicated to importing vehicles from Europe while helping other collectors source and sell interesting, mostly older vehicles. Ilan also created The Long Drive Road Rally, a first-of-its-kind event designed to bring people together for a unique blend of scenic driving and challenging rounds at notable golf courses.
