Meet ilan
Every great drive needs a navigator
ilan has a long-standing love for rally racing — a raw, high-speed form of motorsport run flat-out against the clock on open and private roads. What sets rallying apart is that no one does it alone. Every car carries two: a driver locked onto the road ahead, and a co-pilot calling out every corner, crest, and hazard long before it arrives.
That's exactly how ilan sees his role in real estate. You're in the driver's seat — it's your decision, your investment, your life. His job is to navigate: reading the road ahead, handing you detailed market data and a clear, strategic game plan so every move is deliberate and informed
More than a transaction
ilan understands that buying or selling a home isn't just a deal to close — it's a major investment and a defining chapter of your life. Like a world-class co-pilot, he charts the course carefully, staying miles ahead of market shifts and potential hazards so you're always positioned for success. He prides himself on being an attentive listener who keeps his clients' goals at the center of every decision. As an independent broker, he has the freedom to do what's right for you — not what's convenient for a franchise.
An eye for good bones
Before a house is a listing or a purchase, it's a set of possibilities, and reading those possibilities is one of ilan's sharpest tools. Years of interior design and home remodeling experience have given him a builder's eye; he can walk a property and see past dated finishes and staged furniture to the things that actually matter — the layout, the light, the quality of the work, and what it would genuinely cost to change.
For buyers, that means an honest read on potential. ilan can tell you which "flaws" are cosmetic and cheap to fix, which problems are expensive and structural, and what a kitchen refresh, a floorplan change, or a full renovation would realistically run, so you never end up buying someone else's optimism at full price. For sellers, it means knowing exactly where to spend and where not to. He'll steer you toward the improvements and staging that return real money at the closing table, help you skip the ones that don't, and make sure the finished product photographs and shows like a property of distinction.
It's the same instinct that draws him to classic cars: an appreciation for craftsmanship, a respect for good design, and the patience to bring something special back to its best.
The pit crew
No great result happens without a great team, and ilan surrounds every client with an all-star lineup: seasoned mortgage professionals, sharp title advisors, specialized real estate attorneys, and a dynamic marketing team that gives every listing an edge.
With a marketing degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, ilan knows that how a home is presented matters as much as how it's priced. From curated video content to SEO-optimized listings, your property of distinction won't just be seen by the right audience — it will be experienced in a way that creates real intrigue and excitement.
The other passion: Cult Cars
In 2019, ilan took a detour from real estate to chase a lifelong passion for collector cars. He is a licensed an auto dealer and is the founder of Cult Cars, a hobby-turned-business dedicated to importing interesting vehicles from Europe and helping fellow collectors source, buy, and sell characterful cars most dealers simply don't understand. It's more than a side venture; it's a community. ilan also created The Long Drive Road Rally, a first-of-its-kind event that blends scenic driving with challenging rounds at notable golf courses, bringing enthusiasts together for the kind of adventure you don't forget. That same love of craftsmanship, design, and doing things the right way is exactly what he brings to every home he helps buy or sell.
Off the clock
ilan cheerfully describes himself as an "old dad." At 49, he spends his best hours with his wife and their two little girls, Margaux and Simone, along with two rescue Rottweilers. They live in a classic Dutch Colonial in the heart of downtown Littleton.
With what little free time is left after work and parenting, you may find him at the pottery wheel, working in the garden, out on the golf course on the bike, or in the dojo — he earned a black belt in full-contact karate at 41. He's been a licensed Colorado real estate agent since 2007, and he'd be honored to navigate your journey home.
